Summer Success Check List
Part 1 : Health and Fitness
✔Self Maintenance: Your child should spend two hours per day on his/ her health and Fitness.
✔Group Activities: Your child should be involved in group activities like sports and Martial Arts.
✔Bodyweight Training: Exercising with your child every morning doing push up’s and body squats and any other body weight training is one of the best ways to increase proper blood flow as well as building a consistent foundation for the Body
✔Stretching Martial Arts offers some of the best stretching exercises. Make sure your child is stretching a few minutes everyday.
✔Turn off the computer, TV, smart phone, or game console.
✔Walk: Taking a walk each day is suggested. Walk with your children. Walk with your dog.
✔Think: Teach your child to think for an hour per day, and activate their brain.

# 1 : Read – The Average CEO Reads 52 Books per year. Start with 1 per month.
# 2: Art – Visit museums and explain the history of the art. The WHY is very important. Art will also make your child more open minded.
# 3:Technology – Enroll your child in a Technology class this summer.
# 4: Mentor – Who is your child’s Mentor. Search for a Mentor for your child.
# 5: Mastermind – This is very popular today. Enroll your child in a Mastermind Group.
# 6: Day Trips – Make sure to spend quality time and take several day trips that teach culture and other skills.
# 7: Connection – Make sure your child is connected to other children and is not spending a lot of time by him/herself .
#8 : Controlled Attention: Make sure you help your child with his attention span. With so may distractions…allocating time for your child to be on computers and games as as well as exercise should be a team effort.
# 9: Goal Setting: Establish goals before the summer starts. Focus on Balance and productivity.
# 10: The Why – Explain the “Why” of all the skills we are talking about.
10 Ways to Find out ?
# 1 – Do they know what is means ? ( Entrepreneur )
# 2- Ask them what business would they start ?
# 3 – When you go to businesses with them ask them about the experience and find out what they see are the good and bad of the business.
# 4 – Is there anyone in your family that is an entrepreneur that you can set up a meeting with. Is so please do so.
# 5 Start a business with your child today. It could be a lemonade stand but there is no point in waiting.
# 6 – Have them read a book of a young entrepreneur.
# 7 – Have them make an invention.
# 8- Ask them if they could own any business what would it be – having several discussion is a good thing.
# 9 – Podcast’s – Have them listen to the a Podcast that you approve.
# 10 Online Course – have them take a course on Entrepreneurship.
